I do not agree with Steve Almond in his article, "Sacking the Super Bowl." Although he is entitled to his own opinion he is just straight up wrong. The Super Bowl is a historic game that out on 32 teams only one team will be fortunate enough to win. Most of the players in the NFL wait so many years to get to the stage. Most dream of it as a little kid. The fact that Tom Brady and Bill Bellichick have been to 6 super bowls together and have won 4 of them is just insane. I understand that concussions are a safety concern but most football players know what they are signing up for. I play football myself I makeep risks because the game is so awesome! Seeing how the super bowl is one of the most watched television program proves that people love this sport for entrainment. If you go your whole life worrying about getting injuried you will probably have a lot of regrets. In the end I believe that Steve Almond is very wrong.
